  • Tread & Shed Classes

    This class has all the ups and downs of a roller coaster! You may go forward, backward and even sideways! We will meet on the treadmill and use a variety of speeds and inclines to make the workout more or less challenging.

  • Scuplt Classes

    This class utilizes light weights to tone and strengthen the entire body. Class ends with yoga-inspired stretches to create flexibility. All levels welcome!

  • Strength Training 101 Classes

    Are you new to weight training or do you want to learn ways to take your training to the next level? Then this highly effective, yet simple weight training class, is for you!

  • Cycle Fusion Classes

    If you don't want to spend hours at the gym but want to get it DONE, then this class is for you! Each class incorporates weights while pedaling to songs you love!

  • Tabata Classes

    This class features 20-seconds of intense work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. This sequence is repeated eight times. This class will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.

  • UNLIMITED FREE Tanning

    Each 10 Star Fitness location offers the benefits of tanning. We carry only high-quality beds to offer a safe and effective means of tanning with private tanning rooms. FREE tanning with Preferred membership.
